As the order will enter the ready state after placing the order, cancellation is not accepted in principle. However, in consideration of “human nature”, we provide 24 hours as a “hesitation time”, at which time the cancellation button for non-pre-sale items will be open, and it will be impossible to cancel the order.
At the same time, due to the production time and cost of pre-sale orders, please forgive us for not accepting cancellation of orders marked as pre-sale goods for any reason.

1) Regular sales of products
After purchasing the product, we will ship it within 7 working days after confirming your payment. In addition, for products marked as “pre-sale”, we will ship within 3 business days after the brand completes product production.
Also, if you order pre-marked items and regular items in the same order, they will ship together when the pre-marked items arrive.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a notification email. We do not currently deliver packages on weekends or holidays.
From shipment to arrival:
Standard delivery: about 5-10 business days
Expedited delivery: about 2-5 business days

* If you purchase a pre-order item at the same time (pre-order/presale), it will ship with the item that will ship later.
* If a product is found to be defective, we will work with the brand to replace a non-defective product, in which case delivery may be delayed. Please pay attention.
* Expedited shipping via fedex/UPS/DHL.
* Arrival date instructions do not apply to international flights.
The customer will be responsible for the freight and fuel surcharge for this flight.
In addition, in the case of expedited delivery, regardless of the order order, priority delivery can be arranged in the warehouse.

2) Pre-sell products
Delivery times for pre-order/pre-order items vary by product and order time.

* If you purchase multiple pre-ordered items at the same time, they will ship with the items that ship later.
3) Note on delivery – Working days are working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Please note that we do not ship products outside of working hours.
· In case of temporary closure on special holidays, we will notify you at the top of the website.
· Due to the international flight, the arrival date cannot be specified. We can only accept expedited delivery requests for specified arrival dates.
· We will send you a delivery notification email after the delivery procedure is completed.
We have no control over the arrival date of standard shipping as it follows the shipping schedule of each shipping company. In addition, we cannot guarantee anything in the event of a delay in delivery, so if you need to specify an arrival date for the item, please be sure to contact us and use expedited shipping before placing your order.
· Arrival dates may be delayed due to road traffic conditions or disasters. In addition, delivery to remote islands may take some time.
· Please confirm that the address, building name, room number, etc. are correct. Please note that if you cannot be reached after shipping due to an incorrect address, we will not be able to re-ship or refund.

1) Product problems:
Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt (support@tottolin.com) with your order number and a photo of the item in question so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
2) Other circumstances:
If you would like to return or exchange the goods after receiving them, please send an email to support@tottolin.com with the “Order number of the goods returned/exchanged and reason for return/exchange”. Once we receive your application, we will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your product. However, if any of the following conditions exist, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
3) No return/exchange conditions:
If the return or exchange request is not received within 3 days after the product arrives at the customer’s location.
Products not returned within 5 days after the return/exchange email approval.
If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product for their own convenience.
If the product shows signs of use, damage or stains.
If product labels or accessories are missing.
If the product is returned in a manner other than that specified by the Company.
For products sold under special conditions, such as coupons/sales, etc.
If the order is marked as non-refundable or (pre-sale) on the merchandise page or event page, etc.
Underwear, swimwear, accessories, and other products that come into direct contact with the skin without underwear. Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
